Last night San Francisco's glitterati toasted the newly opened 4,520 square foot, 3 story CH Carolina Herrera boutique in Union Square. The fête was thrown by Allison Speer and Elle Magazine along with CPMC trustees Sloan Barnett, Carol Bonnie and Carolyn Chang, M.D.,

Noted guests included Marissa Mayer, Denise Hale (wearing her exquisite Bulgari bracelet),and Patricia Lansing.

The evening was filled with excitement from Herrera clients who donned the designers iconic designs to welcome her to our city. Elle's Creative Director and newly appointed Yahoo Editor in Chief Joe Zee co-hosted and brought fashion darling and street style icon Olivia Palermo- who added her infallible beauty to this special evening. Guests were treated to personalized fashion illustrations by artist Sunny Gu, delicious bites and bubbles.

It is such an exciting moment for San Francisco's fashion scene as more designers are opening doors here in our fair city. We finally have our own Saint Laurent, Valentino, Alexander McQueen, CH Carolina Herrera, Christian Louboutin and what's next you may ask?....A flagship Christian Dior on Grant and Post in the near future.
